Adam, even though it was his second week in sales and learning, I saw the entire sales staff helping him answer my questions. My family, including my over excited 4 year old daughter, never felt unwelcome in their showroom. My '03 Jeep was not worth repairing, so I talked to the dealer and they sent a salesman down to pick me up. I looked at used and new vehicles. I cannot descibe fully the level of customer service that the Lessord team showed. Due to work schedules my wife and I arrived at the showroom on a thursday evening @5:30ish, (dealership closes @ 7:00pm on the Lessord team showed. Due to work schedules my wife and I arrived at the showroom on a thursday evening @5:30ish, (dealership closes @ 7:00pm on thurs). we were greeted by Salesperson Dick Matthews, and then by owner Don Lessord. From there on out it was a comfortable session with Dick explaining the 2 different model jeeps we were interested in, (Liberty & Patriot), going over the vehicles that they had brought inside the shop so we would have plenty of light and be warm while going over the models, test driving both and then sitting down discussing which would meet our needs. Mr. Lessord kept support staff after closing time to deal with us if we so desired, and there was no rush to get us out of there. When we had decided on the vehicle, (it was the Patriot), the finance person was there to go over the money aspect of the purchase and the different options available. They arranged so we could have the vehicle inspected, registered and prepped by the next afternoon, and this all being done on Dec. 31.....When we left we were pushing about 2 hours past closing, and yes they met the schedule for the pickup of the vehicle, it's now sitting in the driveway..People talk about excellent service, and going beyond the expectations, If you want to see a true example, try Lessord's.
