When I went to Lessords the other day looking for a new car I didn't know what I wanted. Adam took the time to work with me and answer all my questions to find the best vehicle for me. The payments are extremely reasonable for a brand new vehicle. Most other places that I looked at you would pay almost just as much for a used car. He took his time to work with me to get in a payment range that I could afford and genuinly wanted me to walk out of there with the car that I wanted. Not only are the sales people great so are the people in the parts department and their customer service is wonderful. They do what ever they can to work with you as an individual. They don't just care about selling a car they care about meeting your needs and that your happy with what you get. More

After looking at the inventory of new and used cars, i settled on a 2011 Jeep Liberty and couldn't be happier, with the vehicle and buying experience. Adam showed me all of the features of the vehicle and explained them in detail, we went on a test drive and he was very friendly and answered all of my questions and helped me meet my needs in this Jeep. During the buying process he put no pressure on me to buy a vehicle, and rather let me make the decision for myself. Some dealers are pushy and almost demanding, but not him. Later in our decision making process Thad helped us locate a Deep Water Blue 2011 Ram 1500 Laramie. While not in their inventory Lessord's literally went the extra mile to procure the vehicle for us. Thad was very professional and helpful. A huge step he took to accommodate us was remaining flexible in his means of communication, since working two jobs and being on the go for nearly 20 hours out of the day can make it difficult in my situation to stay in touch and work out the details of an automobile purchase. Pete was very helpful and efficient gathering my loan application information and getting my purchase financed. He made the financing aspect of the purchase the easiest by far compared to other dealerships. Finally when wrapping up the deal Don was pleasant and great explaining all the documentation and forms while we did paperwork. He was fantastic explaining the features and operation of the pickup we purchased. While a far drive from Hilton we chose Lessord's for our new vehicle purchase as the personal service and teamwork of the sales staff makes a big difference. More

In the winter of 2010 I asked Don to look for a truck in a certain range and he found me an excellent vehicle for the money. No other dealer I talked with while looking around even came close that level of service. Though there were the usual snags and crags during the paperwork portion of the sale, Lessord's business manager went far beyond the normal routine, finding the best financing for the money with the best customer service and reliability. The service department knowledge level is right at the top as well. The technicians are well trained and the service manager's knowledge level is superb. Any question was important and answered fully to my satisfaction. All of this coupled with an outstanding office support staff made my total experience a "10". I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality new or used vehicle or service without exception. More
