I was looking for a new vehicle that would make me feel safe in the winter but was having a problem getting out from under the car i had.Previously i had rolled two car payments into the one and the car wa safe in the winter but was having a problem getting out from under the car i had.Previously i had rolled two car payments into the one and the car wasn`t worth the money i owed.I went to different dealers and when they found out what i owed they completely shut down and wouldn`t even try to work with me.My son recommended Lessords.He said if anyone could help me it would be them.When I went I saw Adam White.He was very friendly,knowledgeable and patient.Adam,Don,and Pete and Rick were all wonderful.The staff their are always smiling and they make you feel like your all special, old friends.They went out of their way to work out the price and find me the color I wanted.A couple days later I went back to have a car starter installed and it took longer than we expected.They dropped me off at work and even delivered my vehicle to my job!The salespeople,service people and everyone there are incredible..I am going to highly recommend Lessords to family and friends and buy my future purchases there.My only regret is that i didn`t go to them sooner. When it was clearly time to replace our Dodge Grand Caravan, I knew I wanted a 2011 Dodge Journey, and began extensively shopping around. I logged countless hours on the internet, went to Bath, Waterto Caravan, I knew I wanted a 2011 Dodge Journey, and began extensively shopping around. I logged countless hours on the internet, went to Bath, Watertown, Penfield and Canandaigua NY and talked with many sales people. Hands down the best price was found at Lessord’s on their website. I sent a Instant Message to Adam and set up a time for a test drive. With my three kids all buckled in , my minivan heroically made the trip to Sodus. Adam was friendly and knowledgeable, also very patient. During the test drive he pointed out all the features and answered all my questions. When we returned to Lessord’s he explained financing options. And again was very patient when my kids broke out in what appeared to be mixed martial arts in the play area, and I had to interrupt him repeatedly to settle them down. When I told him I had to discuss this with my husband, there was no pressure, or cheesy sales tactics, he wrote everything down for me and asked if it was ok if he called later to follow up. While in the parking lot of Lessord’s my minivan’s brakes froze up, and was leaking some sort of fluid. Adam and Don really worked with me and went above and beyond to help me out, again without any pressure. Even with 3 kids, and a broke-down minivan in the parking lot, I never felt stressed or pressured, they really were extremely helpful. The financing process was painless, and Pete was very helpful, and great to work with, he explained everything clearly . Everything moved smoothly, and quickly. I was able to make arrangements to have my minivan picked up and sent to the salvage yard right from Lessord’s, (it needed to go be with others of it‘s kind). This was incredibly helpful to us, and we really appreciate Adam’s allowing us to do this, and the extra work it involved for him . I made the trip to Lessords because they had the best price, but I was most impressed with their integrity, sincerity, professionalism, and great attitude. By far the best experience I have had with a car dealer! I highly recommend them! We are very happy with our purchase, and I will be bringing my new Journey back for it’s routine oil changes. More

Had to take my brand new 2011 Ram 1500 in after having drivability problems the day I picked it up from the dealer and the check engine light was on when I drove off the lot. The information in the owner's manual indicated that you should wait a couple drive cycles to see if the malfunction indicator light goes off. After operating in "limp-mode" for a while I decided to call the service department and spoke to Christine to setup an appointment for service. The diagnostic trouble codes(DTC's) in the trucks computer indicated the issue was with the output speed sensor and hydraulic pressure sensor. The former's malfunction can cause a code for the latter. Dropping the vehicle off in the evening I spoke with Josh and conveyed exactly those details to him. The following day after hearing nothing from the service department I had to call them for an update nearly a day after dropping the truck off. Christine then seemed to read the information I gave to Josh the evening before back to me verbatim. She added that the vehicle had an error code for the stereo. She indicated that they tested all the vehicle systems and they were fine but the truck still went into limp mode. After asking had they changed the Output Speed Sensor she said that they tested the sensor and found nothing wrong. We returned to the dealership and were told by Christine and Howard that they spoke with Chrysler and had Lessord's best technicians working on my new truck. The story changed to a DTC for the seat heater not the stereo was what they came found. Nobody seemed to know what to do and they decided that replacing the Powertrain Control Module(PCM) would be the best option. We asked again if they replaced the Output Speed Sensor and were told no because it was fine. We asked what in their diagnostic tests indicated the PCM was bad and they said nothing. We pointedly asked if they were taking a shot in the dark and throwing parts at it because they didn't know what to.... right next to each other Howard answered no and Christine answered yes. Since they had to order the PCM in we took the truck home till a week later when the PCM finally arrived. By this point I was extremely bother with the lack of interest or knowledgable people in the service department but thought it best to continue the process of trying to get the truck repaired rather than simply use legal means to get a different vehicle. To add to the frustration of this issue was the fact I work in the automotive aftermarket parts business and am familiar with these parts. PCMs, especially those on a brand new vehicle do not typically go bad. PCM's that are burnt from electrical discharge or physically damaged from a bad collision are normally the only ones with a problem. The speed sensors used in this truck are common to many Chrysler vehicles and are known to have issues despite being used on different model transmissions. Several days went by where they dealership did not follow up with me. After speaking to Don and my attorney being involved the PCM arrived and we had the truck in for service. Howard contacted me after a day and said they replaced the PCM and found no sign of the DTC's or limp-mode. We picked it up and it drove fine for one whole day before resuming limp-mode with the odd occurance that no DTC was presented. Several days later it produced the same codes and limp-mode as before proving that the original PCM was not bad in the first place and parts changing will not fix a problem unless you diagnose it. We then opted to take our truck to Doan Dodge since it became apparent that Lessord's had not fixed the issue and did not know how to proceed. More

I fell in love with the Chysler 200. Working with Adam was such a pleasure. He didn't try to close me until I was ready, no pressure sales and that's what I like. I bought the car I wanted for a price that was within my goal. Adam was fun to work with and had all the answers to my questions. In face, before I left with my new car I requested a few of Adam's business cards. I have since recommended Adam and Lessord Chrysler to my neighbor and my brother who are also in the market for new vehicles. More
