Went to this dealer to see about buying an older model truck as I was trading down due to financial hardship. The vehicle I liked was what I needed and seemed to be priced fairly but once negotiation star truck as I was trading down due to financial hardship. The vehicle I liked was what I needed and seemed to be priced fairly but once negotiation started the price was raised supposadly because it was listed too early and dealer expenses had not been figured in. I objected and refused to pay the extra, but ended up splitting the cost with them to get the deal where it needed to be. Negotiations got somewhat heated and I felt bad for Michelle Cramer...my sales person...as she was sorta caught in the middle of the war between me and the sales manager, but she was pleasant and very professional throughout the ordeal.
