My husband and I were looking for a Sebring for our son. We've had several Sebring's and we love them. When we arrived at Lessord Chrysler in Sodus, we met a salesman there named Adam. He was very polite and didn't seem pushy or arrogant, like the others. We knew they had a great price on a 2005 Sebring because we saw it online, and after a long test drive with Adam, he even brought us back to the dealership and allowed us to hoist the Sebring on a lift in the garage to take a look underneath. We haggled a little bit and came to a deal and all along Adam was very polite and friendly. When we picked up the Sebring, the paperwork was all prepared and we got through it in a matter of minutes. They even offered us a couple free oil changes along with our purchase! We shopped around a lot, and by far, Lessord Chrysler was the most pleasant dealership we had been to. Adam was wonderful and in the spring when we are ready for our convertible, we will be buying it from Adam at Lessord Chrysler! More

Personally, I would rather have my fingernails torn loose than walk into a typical car dealership. Our experience with Lessord was way above my expectations. I never felt like I had a Sales or Finance Manager's hand in pocket feeling for my last penny as is the case with so many Dealers. Our original choice for a vehicle required a Dealer swap and the vehicle was damaged by Chrysler in transit to the original Dealer. Lessord shot straight and kept us informed. When it was clear that this was going to be a problem, they never flinched when we decided on a different vehicle. The second swap was done in a single day and the vehicle was delivered in great condition. Our salesperson, Chris Kennedy, is new but rapidly becoming quite knowledgable. She was attentive and informative without being overly aggressive. Better yet, she followed up with answers on new rebates & incentives when the immediate answers were not know at the Dealership. Her training and working relationship with others at Lessord is obviously quite solid. I expect that she will become a very good salesperson very quickly. In short, I couldn't have asked for a better experience, price maybe, but experience no. More
