I rate this dealership very high because they went a very long way to get me the truck I needed and wanted. By a long way I mean a long way like bringing two trucks to my house to see if they would fit prope long way to get me the truck I needed and wanted. They also changed the side view mirros to a smaller size to give me more clearance. They then allowed me to updated my plow before I took position of the truck after I had made a choice that I was not sastified with. During this whole transaction I was confused on what was avalible to me and what I wanted on the truck. They guided me through every step and put me in a wonderful truck. I can't thank them enough. I was very pleased with the buying experience at Lessord Chrysler in Sodus NY. I did internet search to check what used vehicles were available. We setup appointment with Chris Kennedy to test drive van I was interested in. When my husband and I arrived van was parked outside of door waiting for us to check it out. We met Chris and she allowed us to test drive and explain options on the vehicle. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and her friendliness was commendable. She kept us posted on what was happening as we proceeded to wait for vehicle to drive home. She seemed to cover everything that needed to be done both with servicing area, taking care of getting insurance coverage updated and getting us to the right person who updated us on additional coverage of vehicle. Chris seemed to have everything very organized and had required paperwork ready for us to sign in a timely manner.
