I am a return customer to Lessord's - Melissa Smith was my sales person for my last vehile and I as happy to know that she would be involved in my sale. I was contacted by Amy Brown to set up an appointment d/t a sales that Lessords had. Amy's phone calls were informational and I hadn't planned to purchase a vehile - from her calls, she got me interested in the possiblity of a purchase. The night I had scheduled there was a snow storm. Since Amy was finishing with another customer, Dawn Carr took me out on during the storm to look at the vehicles I had interest in and test drive - now thats dedication. Amy Brown - what a kind and warm salesperson - who made the whole transaction easy for me. I told her that purchasing a vehicle was one of the things that I disliked the most, but after the experience with her - it is was easy and comfortable. It was the night before thanksgiving when I had to sign the paperwork. Amy had everything well prepared - paperwork was then quickly completed - it was nice that it was not a long process. She sat with me in the vehicle to explain how everything functioned and fully answered my questions. She even filled the gas tank for me so I wouldn't have to do that on a cold, snowy evening. I wasnt even late to our family function that evening. I would rate the over all experience a ten. I couldn't give Amy any higher rating - she was the best. Hoping that these ladies are still there when I have to do business again. Also my past experience with the service department has been perfect! More
