I brought my vehicle in as a result of having received a recall notice. I had a very short wait compared to usual and appreciated the communication I received from the person who met me in the Service Dept recall notice. I brought my car in for an oil change and told Tray Battistic that the steering wheel was squeaky and also the transmission had a hard time going from 2rpm to 3 rpm. This is a Nissan Rogue. Trey tol Battistic that the steering wheel was squeaky and also the transmission had a hard time going from 2rpm to 3 rpm. This is a Nissan Rogue. Trey told me he was not sure what he was supposed to do but he was willing to try. He did, and the squeaking is gone and even the transmission runs better.
