He answered all of the questions I had for him, and made sure my son and I would be safe, Leaving the dealership. I wasn't sure if I wanted a used car that had 70,000 miles on it, possibly buying I to someone else's problem, but he did what he knows how to & was able to find me a great reliable car. I couldn't be more happy with my brand new 2017 KIA Forte. If you are looking for a place to buy a new or used car go here! They have great customer service and are ready to help you find the best deal. Thank you KIA & Matthew Sandoval! More
A nightmare with no timetable of ending I was told my car would take two weeks, today is a month!! I was told I'd be reached about a timetable. No call, I've been dodged again. Bad experience at first but owner helped with a resolution I previously had problems with their shop, where no one took care of my car even after visiting three times (though it should have been covered by war I previously had problems with their shop, where no one took care of my car even after visiting three times (though it should have been covered by warranty), so I ended up paying a third party to diagnose my transmission issues then towing my car to another Kia shop. However, Mike Byerly did follow up with me after I submitted a complain through the BBB, and he helped resolve my case by meeting me over half way. Mike is truly setting a respectable name for the dealership and leading the rest of his employees with his high standards and exemplary customer service. Thank you! More

Of course we wanted to look at the newest models available. Brian approached us. We told him we were just looking. To make a long story short, no pressure at all. Worked with us to get the price we were comfortable with. We are loving our 2017 Sportage. Nick was also great. And Bobby in service gets an A+ for keeping me updated every step of the way. More
Horrible!!Forget about the 100,000 mile warranty!! Do not buy a KIA and expect that the company will stand behind their advertised 100,000 mile warranty. All they will do is deny your claim and they w Do not buy a KIA and expect that the company will stand behind their advertised 100,000 mile warranty. All they will do is deny your claim and they won't even look at your vehicle, especially if its a manual transmission. Facts: We purchased from Peak Kia a brand new 2008 Kia Spectra and did so because of the 100,000 mile warranty. The car was well maintained with all of its fluids changed at the recommended intervals. We also had a mechanic with over 35 years of experience replace the timing belt before the recommended time and later he also replaced the clutch. Recently, we were having trouble downshifting to 2nd gear and found that unless we were going less than 20 MPH the gear would grind when we downshifted. My husband had replaced the transmission fluid at 59,000 miles and we had Jiffy Lube replace it at around 86,000 miles. We called KIA to see if a transmission repair would be covered under our 100,000 mile warranty and were told yes it would be covered. We made an appt. with Peak Kia, took the car into them on a Saturday morning with the assumption they would look at it on Monday and then work on it. On Monday, my husband had to go to Peak Kia and drive the mechanic around in our car to show him what it was doing, because they said there was nothing wrong with it! On Tuesday, without ever taking anything apart, they called to tell us that the clutch was installed improperly and that was the problem and would not be covered by the warranty, but they wouldn't know this for sure unless they took it all apart and that would cost us $600! We countered that was not possible as the clutch had been replace circa 3,000 miles ago and if it was installed improperly, we would not have been able to drive the vehicle! So next they just flat denied our claim under warranty and told us we would have to prove to them that we performed all of the required maintenance items - which we had done, but because my husband had performed some of them, they wouldn't accept that - regardless of his written record!!! We contacted the main customer service for KIA and that representative contacted Peak KIA and then the service General Manager for this dealer. We picked up our car after it had set in their shop for a week with nothing done to it! The customer service rep finally came back and said they would work on the KIA, but if, when they took it apart, they found anything that would lead them to believe we caused the transmission problems, then they would not cover the work under warranty. WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD ALLOW THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF THIS DEALERSHIP TO DO THIS AFTER ALL THE ISSUES WE HAVE HAD?!?!? ITS OBVIOUS THAT THEY WILL MAKE CERTAIN THEY WILL FIND SOMETHING WE DIDN'T DO AND WILL DENY THE WARRANTY! We will have our car repaired on our own by a third party. We would NEVER purchase another KIA again and we would NOT recommend that anyone purchasing a KIA rely on their highly touted, advertised warranty because most likely they do not have any intention of honoring them! Also, they did not have loaner cars available, so we had to rent one on our own for circa $300 which was a waste of our money! AND FINALLY, WHEN WE GOT OUR CAR BACK THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON WHICH IT WAS NOT ON WHEN WE TOOK THE CAR INTO THEM!! More
Shame on PEAK KIA!!!!!! Shame on Chad in Service!!! Beware!!! 100,000 mile warrenty is worthless!!! Shame on PEAK KIA!!!!!! Shame on Chad in Service! I brought my 2006 Kia Spectra in for a transmissi Beware!!! 100,000 mile warrenty is worthless!!! Shame on PEAK KIA!!!!!! Shame on Chad in Service! I brought my 2006 Kia Spectra in for a transmission repair. Robert (BOB) in service took my information and once he diagnosed that the transmission was having issues and needed to be replaced called me and stated that it was going to be $2400 in repairs. I agreed and brought my car in. Peak Kia kept my car for about a week and once it needed to be picked up I arrived promptly at the dealership to settle my bill. Once I was there I remembered that my Kia had a 10 Year 100,000 mile power train warrenty and the transmission was part of that warrenty. Robert (BOB) was out of the office so I had to wait to talk to someone else. I first spoke to a lady about the warrenty and she started choking on her words stating that she didn't have access to what work had been preformed on my vehicle. Her words grew more choppy once I turned her screen around and stated that she was looking right at the work and I started to read it to her. This small action made her even more frantic and she acted like shes NEVER Honored a Warranty before. She quickly stated that I would have to wait for BOB in order to talk to someone about the warrenty. After this shameful performance I inquired to the reason why I would need to wait for BOB since all of the information was on her computer. She told my to wait one more moment as she quickly scuttled off to the back. She arrived shortly after and stated that Chad was able to help me and he would be right with me. Once Chad arrived I described my issue. he was quick to try to get out of honoring the warranty by asking if I was the original owner. I stated that I was and he gave me a look of worriment. Chad quickly plugged my info into his computer which confirmed that it was still in warrenty. I then asked if this was covered. He stated that he doesn't know and that I would have to read the owners manual. I then asked if I could talk to the warranty department. Chad stated "we don't have a warrenty department I handle warranties" . I then asked why could he not tell me if my car was covered and if he would mind looking it up for me. CHAD REFUSED to look up the warranty and stated that I could ONLY be helped by BOB. i then left and waited for BOB to call. Midday BOB called me up and apologized that he never bothered to look and see if this would be covered under warranty. stating "We all make mistakes I'm only human" and proceeded to tell me that they WOULD NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY (100,000 mile 10 year warranty on their power train). I was furious. I asked to speak to the service manager. Bob quickly transferred me to CHAD who the proceeded to tell me that he was the service manager! Your telling me that the guy who had no clue and refused to help me in the morning was the service manager! Chad quickly worked with BOB to give me the biggest RUN AROUND of all time. Chad finally was able to find a way to not honor my warranty by asking for all of my service records. After 9 years and moving 3 times it was impossible to come up with all of my service records. He was quick to state that without my records he would not submit my claim to KIA. These people had tried EVERYTHING they could think of to give me the run around and not honor my warranty. This is disgusting that a dealership would not even try to honor a warrenty. I guess its just easier to not help a customer and not to stand behind your products. DISGUSTING...... More
Sales awesome Serice Department Sucked I took my car in for service and the gentleman could hear the noise I was talking about but wasn't sure what it was. I had to then take off work the n I took my car in for service and the gentleman could hear the noise I was talking about but wasn't sure what it was. I had to then take off work the next day and bring it in so there manager could evaluate it and see if he could pin point it. I took it in, and he originally said he thought it was my lifters. He asked if I could bring it back in a few days and leave it at the shop for the day or maybe a few days. I did and said sure. Well that afternoon I got a call saying I could pick up my car the next day that they figured it out and it would be fixed that it was the idler Pulley. Well it wasn't covered under my warranty so I paid for this out of pocket and about a week later the sound came back worse then before and gets worse day after day. This was probably two months ago and I haven't had the money 2 take it back in to get it looked at again. Now I have a friend in there purchasing a vehicle as we speak and hopefully the referral I gave her. She is treated and gets better service and her car runs better then mine does. Just beware if u need to take your car in if they say they fix the problem that they really do. More
