They stand behind their cars I purchased a car along with my Son. Right away the check engine light came on. I called and they said to bring it down and that the check engine li I purchased a car along with my Son. Right away the check engine light came on. I called and they said to bring it down and that the check engine light is usually something quite simple to remedy. My Son brought it in and it ended up being something that was more than simple. As a matter of fact it was a high dollar problem. They told me they would stand behind their car and true to their word they fixed that car. Haven’t had a problem since. We all have our personal thoughts about car salesmen and especially used car salesmen. Let me assure you that the people at Peak Kia broke that mold and changed the way I will forever look at the car people at Peak Kia. From the sales department right down to the service department Everyone kept me in the loop and did as they promised. Bob Mitros was a rock star from beginning to end in the service department and Mike Topolosky made the original sale because of the way he handled himself and me. Fantastic quick service Showed up with a flat tire as a walk in first thing Monday morning. This was the second time I had showed up at 7am with a flat at this dealership. Wi Showed up with a flat tire as a walk in first thing Monday morning. This was the second time I had showed up at 7am with a flat at this dealership. With no questions asked they took my car, identified the screw and said I needed a new tire due to the placement of the screw. Kept me informed of the process, cost, etc. and within an hour I walked out with a new tire, updated software and washed car. Absolutely fantastic service every time I come expected or unexpected. Love these guys! More
