Ninety thousand mile service. I left my Kia Sorento at the service center over the weekend and picked it up at noon on Monday. Overcharged for oil change Although the service advisors were nice I still felt I was over charged for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I will not be coming back for these services when there are so many other reputable places who do the same services without over charging. They tried to tell me they gave me a "free" tire rotation but I still was over charged for the oil change, so was it really free? I tried to buy a package of oil changes but was told I had to go to the finance department for that. Strange!!! If you want me keep buying Kia you should treat your existing customers better. More
