Extremely helpful and made sure my car issue was fixed ASAP. My car would not start in my garage. No power. It was a computer issue. I called Peak Service and spoke to Stephany and she gave me the KIA Road Servi My car would not start in my garage. No power. It was a computer issue. I called Peak Service and spoke to Stephany and she gave me the KIA Road Service hot line. My car was towed into Peak Kia and as soon as I walked into the service area Trevor met me and we discussed the issue and he immediately took my two keys and walked out to the car (on crutches) to start the diagnosis . Robert, Service manager met with me to discuss the potential issues also. Both Robert and Trevor kept me updated and told me they had to reboot the computer so I would have power to start the car, etc. I waited for approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes before my car was ready to go. I was escorted to my car by Trevor (on crutches) and was very, very pleased with the Service Department and their dedication to resolve my issue in a timely manner. Robert M. the Service manager along with Trevor and the service team need "KUDOS" and need to be recognized for taking ownership for getting my vehicle fixed. It was a very stressful day and Peak Kia came to the rescue. Thank you Robert, Trevor, Curtis and Stephany the Peak KIA Service team. More

One recommendation is that while my husbands name Ifrom one oil change was listed long ago ,I’m the one who makes all the appointments and brings the car in for the past couple years. yet your correspondence like this one and texts reminders are directed to him. That feels weird and needs to be corrected if you want to feel personal and friendly in the correspondence. So this will be my last feedback for service if you are unable to direct correspondence to me ,the actual customer. More

The staff at Peak Kia is awesome! I bought my 2017 Kia, Niro from Peak Kia. But I live in Greenwood Village, so I have previously taken my car to Arapahoe Kia for service for the last I bought my 2017 Kia, Niro from Peak Kia. But I live in Greenwood Village, so I have previously taken my car to Arapahoe Kia for service for the last 2 and a half years since it's down the street from me. My right side headlight went out so, I took it to Araphoe, they told me that it was not under warranty and it would be $350.00, they had also told me my 4 tires are going bad, and asked me if I want to buy 4 new tires. Of course I declined because I only have 28,000 miles on my car. The following Saturday, I took it to Peak Kia, Trevor said that my headlight is under warranty and got it fixed, and he also said my tires are fine. Thank you Trevor! More

Wondering what point of making an appointment? Broken driver's side door latch which was explained on phone prior to making appointment for 1st visit. One would think a dealership would know, or be able to find out, whether part is on hand PRIOR to first appointment. Took 3 hours of waiting to figure that out necessitating another appointment. Purpose of scheduling appointment ? . . all ready five cars in front when I arrived. Another 3 1/2 hour wait . . waiting room was empty including folks who came in after me. Not happy. More
