No timeline was ever met when it came to calls back on progress or the actual service itself. Trey, my contact, in contrast was a pleasure to work with in person but it wasn’t until I showed up that my car seemed important to the department. Even so, it took another two hours after I arrived to get my car because it wasn’t ready at the stated time of 10am, I even gave them an extra hour and showed up at 11 but still didn’t leave until after 1pm. I wanted to buy my next car here, I have my heart set on a telluride, but at no point was there an admission from the staff that this could have gone better. I’m on the fence on whether or not my business actually matters to them. On the upside, my ignition and all my locks were replaced and are now in working condition. Like most folks I need my car for work and to get my child to and from school, this was a major and costly disruption. Between the cost of repairs and the rental I was forced to extend my costs exceeded $1,000 out of pocket. I was out of warranty on the parts and service. It was not the way I wanted to start the holiday season, we’ll see if the feeling lingers when I’m ready to buy again in June. Maybe that $30,000 is better spent elsewhere, time will tell. Extremely helpful and made sure my car issue was fixed ASAP. 2017 Sportage - Robert, the service manager was my only contact for the particular issue. Robert was very professional and took ownership and addressed my issue with the heated steering wheel. Robert worked with the service technician and after a full diagnostic examine a part was ordered to fix the steering heat issue. Robert and his entire service team are very professional and are customer oriented to satisfy our needs. Peak Kia has the best service department around. More

Dropped my car off before work, putting the keys in the drop box. Super Easy! Picked my car up after work, oil change was done, they had a as few recommendations for next time, used a coupon, saved a as few bucks and I was done.
