Came in for oil change, tire rotation and possibly fuel injection service, with intention to wait while service performed. Declined injection service when told about 1.5 hrs needed. After almost 2-hr wait told rotation wasn't needed but price of oil change reduced because of long wait ("due to unexpected workload"). Perhaps appointment process should be improved; I was unable to talk to a person, dealing with online chat person possibly in Indonesia or India... Luckily I didn't need to be someplace immediately following my service. More
