Took my Sportage in with a blown tire and met with Curtis and Robert the Service Manager. Trevor had to order a new tire and the tire would not be in until later in the day. Nick the Sales manager met with me and gave me a loaner car to use while my Sportage was in the shop, This generosity was really appreciated and help me with my busy schedule. I returned the loaner and my car was ready for pickup with all requested service completed, etc. Peak Kia is a GREAT DEALERSHIP starting with the Sales Staff, Finance Department and the Service Department. I have purchased 5 vehicles from Peak Kia and have had 3 friends purchase cars there and we all agreed an EXCELLNET DEALERSHIP. More
Overall dealership was good. I bought a used car, price was good and sales staff was good. They did not change the oil initially so I had to schedule an appointment. They said I could come in an hourearly was good and sales staff was good. They did not change the oil initially so I had to schedule an appointment. They said I could come in an hourearly which I did but had to wait an additional hour past my initial appointment time. I wasted the first hour there. An oil change is 3.5 hours? I think I'll go to another oil place. More
We were so glad that the repair fell under the warranty. Curtis was great. The only thing I would ask, for someone to keeps us in the loop. I felt if we didn’t call we didn’t know.
