Within ten minutes he had given me an update on the problem, how long it would take to fix, the cost AND if I had an extra 15 minutes, he'd like to have the car washed for me. I was totally blown away. I've been to many, many dealers over the years in many cities....NO ONE comes close to the customer service I've gotten at Peak Kia!!! More
