As always the service department was on top of it! I brought my car in with some very concerning issues. My engine had a defect in it and Bob and the rest of the crew got it done under warranty. It took brought my car in with some very concerning issues. My engine had a defect in it and Bob and the rest of the crew got it done under warranty. It took a while for the parts to come in but they gave me a loaner and made sure the work was completed asap. The service department at Peak Kia is simply the best!!! More

drain plug leak Normally I have great service from Peak KIA, however this time they messed up. I had some basic maintenance done on my Sportage including an oil chang Normally I have great service from Peak KIA, however this time they messed up. I had some basic maintenance done on my Sportage including an oil change. Since my parking lot is dirt I didn't notice the oil leak I had after getting the work done on my car. Luckily I went to my mothers house and after I left she noticed the spot on her driveway. Since I was not going out due to the Corona Virus my car had sat for a week before going to her house. Since Peak is about 30 miles away I didn't want to drive my car with an oil leak that could have been something major, so I took it to the local Firestone to have it checked out. Happily it was just the drain plug wasn't tightened down. However I had lost a quart and a half of oil and if mom hadn't noticed I would have probably lost more before driving it and ruining my engine. Not a happy camper about that. More

Matthew helped me with the purchase of my CPO Sorento and was a pleasure to work with. He made the whole experience feel low pressure and provided me any information or resource at his disposal. Lalo stayed was a pleasure to work with. He made the whole experience feel low pressure and provided me any information or resource at his disposal. Lalo stayed late to buff out a scratch on the hood of my new car and took great care to make sure everything looked perfect. 10/10 will be visiting this dealership again. More
