This has been my dealership for the past 9 years. The service for the first couple of years was amazing. Then I feel like it was hit or miss with the associate I had each time I went in. I have gotten ti service for the first couple of years was amazing. Then I feel like it was hit or miss with the associate I had each time I went in. I have gotten tires twice and it was a big pain because they didn't last very long but Kia would not replace or even prorate the tires after only 12,000 miles. I emailed and then called manager with no help. Also after leaving one time my car antenna fell off driving down the road after I left the dealership. They had just done a car wash ,but said it was not there fault and would only pay for a new Antenna but I would need to pay over $100 for the labor. Just wish they would get back to great customer service again! More

Hot Issue between normal service My car was overheating due to a minor radiator leak and a fan clutch not functioning. I called Trey, he got me in right away. They needed a few days to fix it, but it was done and tested and good to go. Everyone in Service treats me like I'm family which I love. So many people I know say, "don't take your car to a dealership. They won't take care of you." I have to say they are wrong, at least with my team at Peak Kia. My Sportage is a 2002 and they have always serviced it and treat it like it's one of their own vehicles. I have never been disappointed with the work, the quality, or the price. I recommend Peak Kia to others all the time. A big thank you to my team of Bobby, Mark and Trey. More
I have taken my car in twice and the first visit I qas told they had to order a part and we made an appointment for a week out, about a 2 hour visit. Second appointment they didn't ever order a part and t told they had to order a part and we made an appointment for a week out, about a 2 hour visit. Second appointment they didn't ever order a part and they would call me when the part gets in, another 90 minute visit. It's been 12 days no follow up and also no response back from a voice-mail I left 3 days ago. I'm trying not to drive my car unless to the grocery store or absolutely nessessary and its starting to become a big inconvenience. It's such a hard review to leave because when I'm there employeese in the service department are very nice and busy but I can't seem to get a response or my car back to being drivable. More
I needed a new timing belt and Tray suggested Nissan take care of it. There was a lack of communication between Kia Nissan and me. Finally got it figured out. Tray was very professional and helped me out a lot. The warrant I bought through Kia were very slow in getting my car repaired. My car was at Nissan for 5 weeks. I would not reccomend that warranty company to anyone. More
