I would really like to purchase a KIA from you. Was looking at the telluride. The only problem is that I wouldn't want my car serviced by your service department. didnt do what was asked...unless i forked out another $1400. while my service person was nice, I took my car in due to an awful smell coming in from the blower. I was told it would cost me $700 to get the smell while my service person was nice, I took my car in due to an awful smell coming in from the blower. I was told it would cost me $700 to get the smell (and dead mouse) out. $700 dollars later, I was given half a can of car deoderizer, and told if I wanted to get the rest of the smell out, Kia would need another $1400.00. For $1.40, I poured white vinegar in the vent below the windshield and fixed it myself. I was also later told by a couple of "car guys" that I was ripped off with the first $700 I handed over. So guess I wont be back next time. More
