During this last visit, most Peak Kia employees were not wearing face masks, including the service writer who sat a couple feet away from me as he took my payment. After picking up our Kia Sedona, I found out the front driver side lug nuts tire were not tightened at all. I had to come back to have them manually reattached. I always was under the assumption that wh driver side lug nuts tire were not tightened at all. I had to come back to have them manually reattached. I always was under the assumption that when I take my Kia to an authorized Kia dealership for service, I wouldn't have to worry about my front tire possibly falling off. My wife and I have been Kia owners since 2011 and aren't too pleased at the service we have received in the last few appointments. More

Took too long without acknowledgement. Diagnosis incorrect. First Bob, Service Manager is good. He trusted Trey and his service guys failed this time.
