Every time I have been there; to purchase the car, have the oil changed, just to ask questions, replace a defective organized, and it's very clean. Service for recall on 6/15/2020. Took almost three hours was not done. Due to new parts was not properly function.He will order the new parts. I called him on 6/24/2020. And he said that he has the new part was not done. Due to new parts was not properly function.He will order the new parts. I called him on 6/24/2020. And he said that he has the new parts, and scheduled to service my Kia on 6/29/2020. I went there on 6/29/2020. Around 10:10am. He told me reschedule for service again, because they ran out of parts again. They just used new parts for other customer’s SUV. Yes, I had enough with them, and won’t go back there anymore. My house is about 29 miles from this dealer. More
