I was very disappointed in Peak Kia as when I bought my car you through in 3 years of free maintenance and when I came in for 1500 mile service it cost me over $200.00. Obviously that’s not free. I scheduled this appointment for my my telluride's first service. I also requested that the recent recall for headlights be taking care of too. I called back to find out how much time the appointment would service. I also requested that the recent recall for headlights be taking care of too. I called back to find out how much time the appointment would take. The representative that time said with a car wash included it would take 1 hour 15 minutes. I said I would appreciate a car wash afterwards. When I arrived for my service appointment I was met by a service representative who inquired what I was needing today. I stated that my vehicle needed its first service. He asked if I'd be staying till the service was completed and I said yes. I waited in the customer lounge for over one-and-a-half hours. I asked if all work had been completed which included the service and recall. The service representative stated that only the periodic service had been completed not the recall service. He stated the recall service would take over three hours longer. I approached my vehicle and notice that it had not been cleaned either. So, naturally I'm unable to award a full five stars because specific services we're neglected and time slots we're not expressed accurately. More
