Alex and Donovan were reasonable to work with to come to agreement on a purchase price and execute a purchase agreement. Both told me multiple times I could return the car the next day and receive my check. I believed them! When I returned the vehicle today, I was told by Tayler, the dealerships used car sales manager, that I could not have a check until the dealership obtained title to the vehicle. When I explained what had been promised by his colleagues he stated they were wrong, he would talk to them and could not issue me a check. At one point he inferred I may not be representing what I heard correctly and stated I signed a contract that had a payoff amount and therefore was not obligated to give me a check at this time. Taylor had no regard for the customer experience or honoring the promises made by his colleagues. The contract clearly states a check is due me on delivery. Taylor thinks otherwise. I have conferred with family members who have been in the auto business for 50 plus years and all have said this is not only extremely poor customer service but a highly unusual business practice. The dealership has no risk - they have the car and the financing is held by Kia Finance. There is absolutely no reason not to honor the promise made by the dealership. Sadly, Taylor is one who gives car sales reps a bad name. I’ve written the GM. We will see if the dealership does the right thing. More
Bought a Telluride SX. Could not be happier. We shopped all the dealers. Alex worked us a great deal. Contact Alex. He's the magic man. Could not be happier. We shopped all the dealers. Alex worked us a great deal. Contact Alex. He's the magic man. More
Using laughing emojis poking fun at me by text message after seemingly not getting the right answers is not what I'd call professional. I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They took the time to understand my needs and helped me. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, thanks to Caleb. He quoted me a high price and when I told him where I was at price-wise he pretty much just dismissed me and left it at that. No counter, no attempt to make the sale. I then received a quote for the same vehicle from a dealership just south of Denver for substantially less (THOUSANDS less). I sent it to him hoping that they would match, trying to stay local, and he literally responded with "So what are you hitting me up for then?" I am absolutely blown away at how rude and dismissive this guy was. Please spend your money elsewhere and don't support a business who's employees are so incredibly unprofessional, rude, and dismissive! More

Sold me a ford explorer for almost 26k with their power train warranty! Car engine blew up after 5 days!! They eventually “replaced” the engine which took weeks of excuses and being given the run around and I’ve had nothing but issues ever since. Electrical ghosts (which is what the ford dealer called it because it all worked when tested), Battery randomly not connecting and leaving me stranded on multiple occasions for no reason, speedometer dropping to zero and car chocking at 70 on the highway again and again and so much more. Not to mention the last oil change they kept me waiting two hours and when I said I had to go to pick up my child they said it was ready but apparently forgot to put any oil back in it so I had to stop at the nearest garage and buy some so my car didn’t seize!! They refused to give me a copy of the new engine warranty and have refused to update the car fax that the engine has even been replaced! I tried to return it because the GM PERSONALLY PROMISED ME IF I KEPT HAVING ISSUES AFTER THE REPLACEMENT HE WOULD TRADE IT OUT - BUT WHEN I WENT BACK HE HAD CONVENIENTLY LEFT AND NO LONGER WORKED THETE!! Of course, no one would do a thing about it! Michelle promised she would look after me, she’s the service manager, so I go back and talk to her and ask them to keep their word on a swap out and she sympathized with me still having all these issues. She introduced me to the sales GM who offered me a pathetic 10k -so a reduction of 16k in 18 months!! I then went back to Michelle and said since they are going to rip me off on a trade can she at least fix it under the power train warranty they sold me! She promptly told me to take it to ford because they don’t have the tools to fix fords! But they will sell you a complete FORD lemon even though they have no tools to fix them! they give you non stop xx! DON’T TRUST THEM!!!! Dealers like this are typical “oh let’s rip her off because she’s a woman attitude” or maybe they are just old school con artists either way it’s Disgusting! It’s 2023 what happened to fair trade? no wonder car dealers are a dying breed! This one needs to close their doors too! I would highly recommend you avoid buying her or having a service here ESPECIALLY IF YOU’RE A WOMAN! More
I love my Kia K-5, but the dealership is a huge disappointment. The salesperson was sweet as could be while I was buying my car, but I never heard one word from her after the sale. Service at this disappointment. The salesperson was sweet as could be while I was buying my car, but I never heard one word from her after the sale. Service at this place is a joke. Took over 2 hours the first time I went in for routine maintenance. Second time was a bit better because I told them I was in a hurry, so it only took a little over an hour. I went in today for my final "free" oil change that came with the car. Guess what?? I guess free isn't really $0. I had to pay $71 for this oil change because when I bought the car, I was told that I would get my first 4 oil changes included. What they didn't tell me was that the time expired before I got in for the final change. I was informed of this as my car was brought out to me after service. The good news is I don't ever have to set foot in this place again and I will go back to my regular mechanic from now on. More
