The service department kept its promise of taking my vehicle soon after I arrived for my appointment. The customer waiting area is roomy, clean and offers coffee and other beverages. It's fine, but it would be great if you could request a ride to be available prior to your appointment. When I made my service appointment, I specifically said I needed a ride and I was told, "We should be ride to be available prior to your appointment. When I made my service appointment, I specifically said I needed a ride and I was told, "We should be able to do that." So, when I got there at my scheduled appointment time, I was told their one and only driver was out and I could wait 45 minutes for him to get back. Well, that conflicted with my other appointment time in Winter Park, so I ended up walking 20 minutes to my other appointment. Please do better. More
