The most important aspect of dealing with a car dealership is customer service and at this dealership there's a lack thereof, especially when your purchasing out of state. I've always had a negativ dealership is customer service and at this dealership there's a lack thereof, especially when your purchasing out of state. I've always had a negative view of dealerships because most won't give you the time of day if your a young buyer and/or a first-time buyer; salesmen can be condescending and rude but I decided to give this dealership a chance very nervously, considering I live out of state and would be conducting all of the business over the phone and electronically. To make a long story short, the staff at this dealership have awful communication and if your not a celebrity or someone well known then you don't matter. They get your money and that's all they're adept at communicating; I wonder if I'd purchased a more expensive vehicle, would my service have been different? You'll have to continue to call and chase them down for information and they're full of empty promises of a call back, God forbid you need delivery, it'll never happen! I'm never one to ward people away from businesses but this one I'm definitely staying away from in the future. More

She immediately transferred me to Service to set a date and time for the appointment. I was introduced to a Service Advisor named Tom Milburn, who was incredibly informative and courteous. He kept me informed every step of the way and made a recommendation for future service on my brakes. I am a huge fan of Kisselback Ford but I decided to try Peacock due to how close it is to my home.
