We purchased and serviced our vehicle from day one at this dealer. We had a tire pick up a nail on a short trip. It turned out that the PSI sensors were not properly calibrated to the correct tires. The car showed the left year was going down and we stopped on a very busy highway to check and it appeared fine. Then the car started driving erratically and we pulled into a Goodyear dealer. The actual right front was flat and destroyed , we were amazing of the service at Goodyear whous who put on our temp tire for 20$ and had it done in 15 mins. I called Paynesville Chev and explained what happened and they confirmed the did rotate the tires and forgot to set the psi to the right tires. So since it’s all wheel drive and the mileage was close to the end of the tire, we wanted to get four new ones. This is where I got upset, the service writer could have cared less that they failed to have the correct calibration of the tire sensor. Said he could get to it next week. Also suggested we take it somewhere else. Well sir we did, spent over a thousand dollars at another location in Paynesville and got prompt service and they even stayed open late to meet with us. Now did I expect a free tire ? No! I did expect since they agreed that they didn’t do the job properly to at least get us on the schedule and more prompt than next week. Clearly this will be my last dollar spent at Paynesville Chevy and hey guys move your dealership th the MLPS area if you want to be like this in a small community. As a matter a fact we were treated much kinder with empathy to our situation from an out of town Goodyear dealer than our supposed local friendly one. I’ll make sure to share with everyone in town our terrible experience with Paynesville Chevy! More

Told them not to fix something on it we will do it yet they fixed it anyways and had to pay for the parts! Trusted them with finding a reliable vehicle for my family and I have had to bring it back 3 TIMES in 25 days! The only nice and not rude person was Sam! More

The salesperson at Paynesville Cheverolet Buick, Bailey, was extremely helpful. Their sale of the vehicle we were looking at fell through and Bailey had kept our information and reached out to see if we were still interested. More
Horrible used truck purchase experience. I wish that I could give them a zero. What a horrible experience buying a used truck here. The salesman Rod told me that the truck had been inspected, serviced and oils changed prior to the truck being put on the lot. It was raining the day that I showed up so I missed some things that were hidden with the rain. The tires were horribly weather cracked and worn, one headlight didn't work, the brake pads were so worn that they are almost metal on metal and the oil change sticker was from Mills in Willmar so they didn't change the oil. There are more issues with the truck but those were major items that would have been found had they actually inspected and serviced the truck. I'm pissed and will never do business with Paynesville Chev again. My response back from Rod was "If you want a perfect truck look in the front row." It's now been over 2 1/2 weeks since I left a message for Doug, the manager at Paynesville Chevrolet and no response. They don't care about me any longer, they got paid. Beware of what you do here and remember that honesty and integrity are not what they stand for. More
