I had get some work done dropped my car off got a ride home and tried to contact the dealer was on the phone for 20 minutes before someone picked up was then transferred to service again on hold for 15 minutes and I said l was a long time on the phone he said I am all alone what do want. I said a ride he said he is out and I'll tell him when he gets back. I told him my name and he hung up. I did get a ride 30 minutes later. I was told they can only pick up 1 person at time. Iwas told it took so long was my windshield washer fluid was low and they had trouble finding someone to fill it. Ok I guess I let off enough steam. More
