Took a vehicle for warranty work, its been a month and have not heard anything. The Service Manager will not return calls. Spoke with Sales Manager Pedro Martinez about our problem with Sales personnel have not heard anything. The Service Manager will not return calls. Spoke with Sales Manager Pedro Martinez about our problem with Sales personnel and Service personnel not returning calls. He assured me he would have the Service Manager talk to me. Waited 20 minutes standing by the show room with nowhere to sit down, left since the Service Manager never came out. Called shortly after left a voice mail. Call was never returned by Service Manager. Called back to speak with Sales Manager who indicated he would personally go ask Service Manager to call and he also promised to call back. Never received a call back. Sales Manager indicated the vehicle under warranty had parts on back order, asked why they could not simply communicate such information for which he had no response. Contacted GMC at 800-462-8782 to open case, they advised me that there were no back-order part issues for such vehicle. More
I am appalled with my experience at this dealership. The sales manager was extremely rude and deceiving. We were given a price for a vehicle and when we agreed on it, we gave our personal information to The sales manager was extremely rude and deceiving. We were given a price for a vehicle and when we agreed on it, we gave our personal information to have our credit checked and all of a sudden the price for vehicle changed. They said it had packages and they had to up the price. This was never mentioned before. when I got a hold of her, she denied our information even being in their system. I literally sent her screenshots and she kept denying it. I’ve never been in a more uncomfortable situation and by reading some of these other reviews I’m glad we didn’t end up purchasing from Payne! More

Cars are extremely hard to find today so after going far out of my way to find one, I was able to find a vehicle which was in transit to this location. The salesman and manager even said they had no idea they had this car coming in. We have excellent credit so they assured us everything would be smooth and problem free. After already signing off on a loan and having a purchase order from the dealership, we were on the last step of purchase when they told us they had sold it several days ago. Extremely shady business. Absolutely would not recommend to anyone. More
Let me start by saying Thank you! I love my new vehicle! And it was all made possible by a great team that worked with me to get what I wanted and what I can work with. Even got to speak with the sales manager which is such a sweetheart, he went above and beyond to make sure I walked out of there with the best deal possible, thank you Efrain. Will definitely be coming back for all our future purchases. More
