I was told that I was approved by the sales rep. I was told that I was approved then that they neede a coapplicant I submitted my additional information then that I needed to call the credit bureau t I was told that I was approved then that they neede a coapplicant I submitted my additional information then that I needed to call the credit bureau to remove an alert and I did. The alert was removed and then they told me the additional information was not good enough. Then they requested my moms information in which I submitted. The sales rep then called me , but he didn't know. He said only nonsense and going in circles and no one knows anything. Bad customer service very unprofessional. More
