Terrible, they keep stealing peoples money. Check out the Better Business Bureau and the ripoffreport dot com. I went in to buy a car and they provided $700 of gap insuarnce. Nearly 6 months later the company that gave them the contracts finally contacts me to tell me that Payless Car Sales d/b/a Miami Master Cars, Inc. has not paid them. I called the Attorney General and was told that they could not do anything to get my money back. The worst place imaginable. AFter researching them further, after this debacle, I found I was not the only one this happened to. I was just lucky they paid off the trade-in. It looks like they disbanded as a company and re-incorporated under the same name in Canada. I can't believe they got away with it just because they are a franchise. Payless Car Sales should be held jointly responsible for not checking up on their "company". More
