We did ultimately end up buying a car, the tires need replaced, items from previous owner were left, and there are some issues. They low ball on trade ins, offered us 6k less than they ultimately ended up giving us. Know your values, know what interest rate you qualify for, and know what you want to pay. If you don't feel comfortable, literally just leave. They will do whatever it takes to not let you go. They asked me for $100 or my debit card to prove we were serious, after they had our keys. If not for my husband really wanting the vehicle, we would have walked. We were there for 7 hours. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, check reviews for dealerships with hidden markups.
