Horrible experience overall. They took nearly five weeks to fully complete the sale. They sent me the paperwork to buy the car and They wrote my middle name as my last name on th They took nearly five weeks to fully complete the sale. They sent me the paperwork to buy the car and They wrote my middle name as my last name on the paperwork after I had sent them a picture of my id. After receiving the second set of paperwork they couldn’t find one of the documents that was in the envelope. I called back the next day after frantically searching for it only for them to say they had found it. They never bothered to call me letting me know. When the car arrived, the temp tag was missing and I was required to report it stolen, which I did, and I sent them the officers name and the report number so I could get a new tag issued. But they couldn’t be bothered to call the officer. I had to go get the report and email it to them. Furthermore, it has taken them nearly five weeks to get me the title for the car. The car was in much worse shape then advertised and I’m still not convinced they didn’t sell me a flood car. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY More
