Service department I went weeks ago to get my car serviced first oil changed. They did that fine. Trying to get them to help with issues past that is a struggle they giv I went weeks ago to get my car serviced first oil changed. They did that fine. Trying to get them to help with issues past that is a struggle they give you the run around. I have been waiting weeks for a call back to get a rental car bc they need to look into a leak on my roof. It has been about a month and no call backs I called about 2 weeks ago to see if they got a rental car and they told me no but they would call me as soon as they get one. I honestly don’t believe in a month they haven’t gotten a rental car. It has to do with everything is under warranty and they aren’t making money so they don’t care. They are more worried about the customer bring them money... I am not please and will not refer anyone to them. It’s very hard getting issues resolved with them. It’s just very frustrating because I feel like I am getting the run around I haven’t even had my car a year. More

Quick and simple I went in to ask about pricing for some warning lights on dash. Up front and honest with price and time I would have to wait. Unnessary work recommended Carry car in for regular oil change and asked them to check out washer sprayer they were supposed to fix last time I was here. RIDICULOUS!!!! Then she comes out and wants me to let them do unnessary things to my care for an outrageous price. This place is a joke as far as service department. I have recommended this place to many people as we got a Great deal on vehicle but service department needs to be more customer focused and less money hungry! I guess they have to pay for new building. More
