Service review I was greeted by Donna Bell who assisted me in oil change with tire rotation and secondary key fob for my new 2019 Dodge Ram 1500. Rick, the technician, performed the maintenance. He too did a superb job. Danny, the general manager also oversaw the visit and thanked me for coming in. The service/maintenance team is always friendly, knowledgeable & efficient. The service team is attentive, friendly & pay attention to my needs & requests. I have only owned Ram trucks and have the choice of several within the Atlanta area. Paulding Dodge has become my first choice & finsl choice in dealerships. I highly recommend reaching out to Bruce in internet sales! Last September I called him on the phone one rainy morning to tell him about the new Ram Laramie I found online. I told him specifically the price I was willing to pay, the price I wanted for my trade-in & the money I was willing to put down. I said if you can make this work I will be there at 5pm to do the deal. I showed up at 5pm in the rain and he had all the paperwork ready with my demands as I walked in the doors! I spent about 2 more hours with financing & signing, then was on my way home with my new Laramie less than 3 hours from my arrival. More

Donna never called my extended warranty company although I provided the info. And Bill never acknowledged what my concerns were However he did tell me prices and other things that could get fixed. Excuses, excuses excuses....... HATE THIS PLACE ONLY REASON FOR TGE ONE STAR IS ITS THE ONLY WAY TO SUBMIT THIS..... My response to John L...... it my decision to take my car where I want. If replacing the entire exhaust system is what I want then that’s is what should have been done instead suggesting a quick fix...... Again outside of the manufacture warranty I still gave Donna my extended warranty information which she FAILED to contact. If my quick fix is $100 I’d rather pay my $100 deductible and get the entire thing replaced if my warranty covers the ENTIRE system-meaning one less thing I have to worry about because it’s new. Again all avenues were not looked into because y’all clearly just did not want to do the work . And you are absolutely right y’all are in the people business, BUT THE PEOPLE BUSINESS IS NOT FOR SOME OF YOU PEOPLE! You John need to be retrained and definitely don’t need to be training people, especially after justifying a situation where all options were not weighed. There are people who want to help and people who are just seeking a profit!!!! . A Dodge service manager in a totally different state was willing to assist and offered me to drive all the way back there to provide the help that you people could have provided but instead you turned away all sources of guaranteed money. I’m thinking well no need to drive hours away if that location out of state can do it you can too at the same time I am advised by 2 different managers at 2 different locations y’all have strings you can pull but you just wanted to be an xxx over being 38 miles over not to mention you said it cost the shop money to help out.......Sound very foolish to me - clearly no money is better than some money to you!!!
