Follow Through From Sale I bought a 2016 Jeep Rubicon-Loaded in Oct 2016 from Paulding CDJR. I purchase the additional Maintainence Warrenty where everything is covered except I bought a 2016 Jeep Rubicon-Loaded in Oct 2016 from Paulding CDJR. I purchase the additional Maintainence Warrenty where everything is covered except wear parts (brake shoes, belts, hoses, etc). Up to 100k miles. These guys nailed it and looked up to check any parts recalls while I was there. Fixed and replaced the Takata Airbag that has an open recall. Checked everything and was very courteous. More
Horrible Service Dept I do not have much confidence in this dealer. First told me nothing was wrong because it wasn’t giving a code. They finally looked into it after me ma I do not have much confidence in this dealer. First told me nothing was wrong because it wasn’t giving a code. They finally looked into it after me making a fuss over it and turns out the thermostat was bad!! Finally get my car back that’s a 2017 so still under manufacturing warranty and the problem is not fixed. My gauge still shows the engine to be running cooler than supposed to. Take it back and they ask me wat I want it to be at?!?! I want it to be at what it’s supposed to be like when I bought the car!!!they give me a loaner car that is TRASHED, and I finally had to get in touch with them a few days later and they tell me it’s fine still no codes or anything. Obviously it’s not fine so I will have to take to a different dealer. When you try to get in touch with service manager it always goes to voicemail but then says the mailbox is full so you can’t leave a message. Not pleased with this dealership will never take my car here or do business here. More

Vehicle cranks but doesn’t start Vehicle wouldn’t start, needed fuel pump. 5 months later same problem same part. Dropped vehicle off 1/14. Replaced fuel pump that was on back order, Vehicle wouldn’t start, needed fuel pump. 5 months later same problem same part. Dropped vehicle off 1/14. Replaced fuel pump that was on back order, pinched wire on installation needed third fuel pump. Picked up truck 2/13. Donna the service writer was great, no charge for the fuel pump work. Still had to pay for a new battery that was only 2 years old which was purchased from them. Not sure if it was a faulty parts from manufacturers or faulty diagnosis of original problem. More
