Was in the drive up service area less than 5 min. when service writer asked if I’d been helped Brought my 2016 Ram 1500 in for manufacturing recalls! Was in the drive up service area less than 5 min. when service writer asked if I’d been helped yet. Told him I was needing to drop off my truck for recalls & was in/out in less than 20 minutes! Had a call less than 24 hours later that truck was ready. More

Dodge Ram Recall Received a recall notice on my 2019 Dodge Ram so called the dealership service for an appointment which was promptly arranged. Arrived at the service department and was immediately met by a service adviser, took the information and got the truck back to the service bay for inspection/repair which was accomplished in a relatively short period of time.
