Disappointed, new facility, horrible service I was told by Service Manager Billy to arrive at 8:30 and Tiffany would be waiting for me. At 8:51, I finally talked to Tiffany, got my vehicle In ba I was told by Service Manager Billy to arrive at 8:30 and Tiffany would be waiting for me. At 8:51, I finally talked to Tiffany, got my vehicle In back, behind several customers that arrived after me. Vehicle repairs completed and sat in bay for 26 minutes before Tiffany called me over in her office, there was another customer there that she asked to stay. U do not feel that My concerns were not any other customer's business. My money was taken for payment I front of another customer while he sat where I should have been sitting. I felt like a number, not a paying customer, that could not ask questions to their service person, very unprofessional, very poor service. I recommend every Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep owner that I know to go somewhere else besides here. Paulding Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep is only concerned with money, not great service. More

I went in for an oil change So for Halloween I had won a free oil change certificate but I didnt need an oil change till the other day. I called an asked for the woman who gave it to me she no longer worked there so I spoke to Fidel in service about it an he still honored it which makes me happy. I sat for about 1.5 hours and decided to get some hot chocolate just have to say that coffee machine is legit on point ha. But when they finally pulled my car forward a part of it was hanging down it was the door to the oil filter a part had popped off. I pointed it out to Fidel he went and got the tech and then ended up having to pull it back to fix it. Even with that little hiccup it wasnt such bad service like I've gotten in the past. Pleasantly this was one of the better visits. So 4 starts only because of my past experiences were about a 1 star. More
