Tried to take advantage I have a 2016 Jeep Wrangler. Went in to get a sensor replaced and was told I also had a leak in my radiator that would cost an additional$670. Was su I have a 2016 Jeep Wrangler. Went in to get a sensor replaced and was told I also had a leak in my radiator that would cost an additional$670. Was surprised by this, so took it to a trusted mechanic that I’ve used for years. He did a thorough check of my radiator and found NOTHING wrong! More

Never again I would not take my car into service or a simple tire patch. Went in for a tire patch they royally messed up. Service advisor was rude and acted like I would not take my car into service or a simple tire patch. Went in for a tire patch they royally messed up. Great customer service I had an issue with my interior passenger door panel that taken care by John like it was his own personal vehicle. Cannot fix my radio that has been locking up. They will not fix my radio that as been locking up. This has been a problem for over three months now. They continue to tell me it is a software issu They will not fix my radio that as been locking up. This has been a problem for over three months now. They continue to tell me it is a software issue and they will not call u back when they say they are. I will never buy anything from this dealership again ... John the manager said I would work exclusively with him and that went away fast !!!! Mr. Hembree laughed at my problem and told me there was nothing he could do. That is was a software issue.... More

Collision repair disaster I am very disappointed in the quality of work that was done on my truck. After having my truck in the body shop for a month it was returned to me with I am very disappointed in the quality of work that was done on my truck. After having my truck in the body shop for a month it was returned to me with multiple defects in the paint. Scratches, DA marks, swirl marks, dust in the paint, sctarches to the under coating on the frame, and even primer overspray on both drivers doors. I returned my truck with a list of these items that needed to be corrected. After keeping my truck for an additional 2 weeks only the scratches and DA marks were repaired. More
