Awesome Customer Service! I took my Dodge Ram 1500 in on Friday April 7th to have a leaking water pump replaced that was still under warranty. I had reservations about going to this dealership because of all the "bad" reviews I had seen in the past but I thought let me give them a chance. We arrived at 7:30 which was our appointment time. There was a line of cars already however soon as those bay doors opened they moved that line down really quick. My husband and I were greeted by Fadil Hamidovic who quickly got us in and had our truck info entered in for repair and had us out in no time flat. He was extremely personable and helpful. They had our truck ready for us to pick up by that evening. Couldn't have been happier with the service we received. I am in Customer Service Management and have been for over 25+ years and I can tell you that you have a great customer service representative for your dealership with Fadil. More

Through inspection and work. My brakes needed changing. The work and detail were done at high quality performance.
