Service center review Stephan Forsyth is my representative. He makes appointments without actually talking to me. He never calls when my parts are back. My parts were actually sent back because he never called to say they were there. I took my car to the service center at 9am. Stephan has told me that it was a 2-3 hr job. He never called when the car was ready. When I called, the operator said the service center was closed. I was highly pissed because my children and I were stranded. Luckily, Stephan was still there. He then told me that my car wasn’t ready. After he realized how angry I was, he checked and found out that the car was ready hours earlier. When I got there to get the car, the receptionist tells me that the service department is closed and that I would have to get my car tomorrow. After I told her that I had spoken to Stephan, she still said the center was closed. I had to get an attitude for her to actually leave her space to get Stephan. When I was sitting in Stephan’s office waiting on my car, he then sent me a text message to say that my car was ready. Customer service SUCKS!!!!! More
Very poor I brought my Jeep for a recall issue. I made the appointment a month in advance. They did not start looking at my car until 4:30 pm despite the fact t I brought my Jeep for a recall issue. They did not start looking at my car until 4:30 pm despite the fact that I had left the car the night before so it would be ready as soon as the technicians arrived. Had I not complained, they were going to ask me to keep the car another day. Worse, the first words spoken to me at 4:30 were, “You need to replace your rear brakes,” which was not true, I just had them checked at Pep Boys. I needed them to look at the rear ABS sensor as well, they told me it needed to be replaced and the charge would be over $300. I was able to buy the part on Amazon for $14 and install it in 30 minutes. I left feeling that I would be ripped off and taken advantage of it I return to their service department. More
