Oil Change-Tire rotation. The service department was very good. I did notice that there were only 3 employees checking customers in and out. Maybe this is normal for Saturday The service department was very good. I did notice that there were only 3 employees checking customers in and out. Maybe this is normal for Saturday’s. Bad service They broke my glove department by pulling on it instead of unlocking it to get the wheel lock out. And service said to me ( well everyone knows you should take the wheel lock out of the glove department if you are getting anything done to your tires. I also noticed that my daughters chick fa la gift card was gone. Then they said well I know the girl who serviced your car she does not steal. I can tell you that for sure. Well someone did! I tried to complain to the management and never received a call back. What terrible service! More

Great service I am located in Marietta and I needed to get my shifter serviced in my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I contacted Ed Voylves which is closest to me and the I am located in Marietta and I needed to get my shifter serviced in my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I contacted Ed Voylves which is closest to me and they couldn't get me in until the end of the month. I contacted Paulding Jeep and spoke with Service Advisor, Trisha. I will say she really went above and beyond to get me in for an appt immediately, provided a loaner vehicle which would have cost me $35 a day at any other dealership since I was just barely over warranty. They worked with me to get my shifter fixed and she kept me up to date via text. I will say it was well worth the drive out to Paulding County to have them service my Jeep. Thank you techs and Trisha for treating me so well. I really love my jeep and you really just made me a forever customer. More
