Fraud and Forgery DO NOT BUY from here. I have a friend who purchased a Jeep from here in early June and is a victim of their fraud. They do not honor the contracts the DO NOT BUY from here. I have a friend who purchased a Jeep from here in early June and is a victim of their fraud. They do not honor the contracts they draw up nor do they care about the consumer. He traded in two vehicles with a ten day pay off as part of the contract. Neither trade in vehicle was paid off in ten days. As of today, one is still not paid off. The other one got paid off last week because the original lien holder threatened to repossess the vehicle from the dealership. The damage has already begun to my friend's credit and is continuing since the 2nd vehicle still has not been paid off. The worst part is they called in him 11 days after the purchase under false pretense. Once there, they tried to intimidate him into signing a new contract due to their making a mistake on the original one issued (info that was admitted only once they could not con him into signing it for other reasons). He refused to sign it and left. The situation did not sit right with him so he went to the bank the dealership used to finance the vehicle and requested a copy of the contract submitted by the dealership. The contract submitted was not the one he signed in early June. The original amounts had been altered and his signature was forged. When he refused to sign the new contract, they took it upon themselves to forge his signature and submit it as true. This dealership lacks morals and decency. They ruin credit, do not honor their contracts, and forge signatures when they try to cover their mistakes. He is working diligently to untangle their mess and help others to not be victimized. In the meantime, STAY AWAY! More
Crooked dealership Tricked us into driving two hours to check out a car we double, and triple checked to ensure was there. Arrived and "oops" car was not there. (sales g Tricked us into driving two hours to check out a car we double, and triple checked to ensure was there. Arrived and "oops" car was not there. (sales guy had our number to call by the way if it sold on route but according to them it had sold days ago, they just hadn't taken it out of the system yet when we mentioned that fact. Car btw is still listed online so fair warning). Of course a shinier, newer model was convieniently "just traded in" and they could cut us a "deal" to several thousand dollars above our firm budget. Every time we told them "that's nice. We're not paying a dollar more than this number, got anything in THAT range? No, no, it's the total sales number that matters, not the payment. Yes, that's nice you can lower my payment. I still don't want to spend more than this." They would leave us alone for half an hour "researching" and come back with something 3-4 thousand more than we wanted to spend. We took the opportunity to do some research. Not only did their online inventory reflect several trucks within our budget and requirements that were also not physically present, but we found other reviews detailing the exact experience we were living. Came running when we tried to leave though. But frankly I'm not comfortable buying from a place that uses such overt and crooked tricks. More

Horrible dealership! I went to Paulding Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on February 9th 2016. The sales guy at the time Tommy was great! I left that night with a brand new 2016 Chrysler 200 and traded my old car. Everything was ok until almost three weeks later and I still have not received my license plate or any thing from the lien holder Capital One. I called Capital One and was told they do not have an account for me. At the time when I purchased the new vehicle my payment one the old car was not due until February 21st. After speaking with Capital One I called the dealership, they told me they forgot to send a document and my loan with be funded in a few days. A few day turned into weeks. I called very upset asking my what was going on and why have no one called me or return my calls. By this time my payment due date on my old car was past due. On March 14 they called and told e that I would have to sign a new contract because there is a new lien holder (Chase). I signed the contract and went on vacation. When I came back my deal was STILL NOT Funded! I kept stressing my loan with my old finance company is going to be 30 days past due and I DO NOT WANT THIS TO AFFECT my credit. They assured me that would not happen. They stated the finance manger that did my desk was no longer with the company due to doing shady deals. I am so upset and will never do business with Paulding Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram!!!! My credit was affected show 60 days past due! Not only did my credit get affected the finance guy Jeff was EXTREMELY rude. My old car did not get paid off until April 20th. That is unacceptable and NOT right! I purchased the new vehicle on February 9th. Whatever was going on at the dealership should have not affected my loan being funded. Everyone at Paulding Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was unfriendly, lack of customer service, and a bunch of lairs. I have to late payment on my credit report because of Paulding Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and I have never been late with my car payment. Something needs to be done this is not fair to the consumers! Same excuse every time "They are with a customer can I put you through to their voicemail?" Trust me, I have been to this dealership, and as we say here in the south, " THEY AINT THAT BUSY" All this while we were trying to purchasing a vehicle. I could only imagine service after the sale. Poor service Read the reviews. They are not wrong. After making a deal to trade a vehicle and helping them on a slow day I thought the deal was done. Turns out Read the reviews. They are not wrong. After making a deal to trade a vehicle and helping them on a slow day I thought the deal was done. Turns out the trade did not payoff. I called for 2 weeks with no return calls from sales, finance,,or management. When I finally got someone I find that the reason for this is the contract not being funded due to list paperwork. A plan was struck to resolve and then again no follow up. Admittedly heated I called the dealer frustratating and driving the vehicle back. The new gm said that would be good as it was a bad deal for them. Funny, it was a great deal for them when calling me. Now. I am floored. Being in the car business for many years I can, understand they did not make a few grand on me. But it is still a deal y'all did and still a customer. No concern to lost customers. The new gm was smug enough to tell us he just got there and not his problem. It was no veiled threat. I did not want my trade. I wanted my truck but I gladly took my trade back and Will go to buy my new one from a dealer that will at least pretend to have an ounce of service. It is worth it to not give them any business. Your money is all they want and they could not care to have service. Go elsewhere for your own sanity. More

He told me he physically checked the car and it had both the sun roof and the leather seats that was searching for. I explained to him these options were mandatory. After driving 4.5 hours to view the car, Branson was too busy to help me and when I finally got help from someone else, I learned the car didn't have the sun roof nor leather interior. I totally wasted my time and the ad is still currently running! After looking at the ad again, it appears to be copied and pasted from another dealers descriptions... More
Unhappy customer I purchased a new Dodge from this dealership on December 11, 2015. Our purchasing experience was as pleasant as that experience normally is. I love I purchased a new Dodge from this dealership on December 11, 2015. Our purchasing experience was as pleasant as that experience normally is. I love my new car! On the other hand, there has been trouble ever since! Due to Dallas Dodge not sending in correct paper work to my bank lender for my loan, it is currently January the 19th and my loan has yet to be funded. Not only is my first payment going to be late (with a possibility of this hindering my current credit score of 780), I will not receive my tag documents to transfer my tag on time (since my car hasn't really even been paid for yet). My schedule has to be rearranged so that I can make sure that I apply for a tag extension. I have found out all of this information due to me calling and inquiring. Dallas Dodge has not made any attempt to contact me to let me know what is going on. I have spoken with several people over the phone and my husband has even gone to the dealership. I am beyond unsatisfied with the costumer service that I have received since purchasing my car. When this is all settled, I will NEVER do business with this dealership again and I will NEVER recommend Dallas Dodge to anyone! I have never seen such unorganization and poor communication skills from a business this large in my life! More
