Just like every other sales team This dealership is not unique in their ability to make shady deals and used borderline fraudulent practices. I am not a a lawyer so I do not have a clear definition of the law, however I am a common sense type consumer. My trade in vehicle has not been paid off for over a month now. I am being asked to make late payments on a vehicle I do not posses and also there has been fines added to the late payments. No one at the dealership can tell me why, or when it will be fixed. I am certain there has to be some type of limitation on time to pay. The worst part is the fact that it is next to impossible to reach anyone to hear they have no answer or it is not their department so they do not know and the person that would know is mysteriously never there. Frustrating to say the least. Last time I will use this location. Will warn friends and family in the area to steer clear. More

Bait & switch, unprofessional - how are they still in busine AUgust 20th transaction - My sales guy was good, but everything after dealing with him has been pure xxxx. I wanted to lease a 2016 grand cherokee wit AUgust 20th transaction - My sales guy was good, but everything after dealing with him has been pure xxxx. I wanted to lease a 2016 grand cherokee with a trade in. The sales mgr had no desire to work with me, & not being desperate to get my first car note (previous vehicles paid cash for) I was ready to walk out with you old car, no problem. I was under the conclusion that sales & finance accepted my negotiated offer, & i left in accepted great truck. A week later finance calls me to say my interest rate dropped & i needed to sign new ppwk. Well when I get there, I'm told he "misread" the numbers & my rate increased, back to where I'd negotiated from! Pissed, I signed new ppwk. Fast forward wks later when my note should be due & i haven't received any ppwk, I call the finance company, & they have no record of an acct. NO ACCOUNT. So I finally talk to someone at the dealership, & they say it's true, my truck still isn't financed excuse he contract has so many errors it hasn't been accepted by Chrysler. WHAT?!! Now we're into the end of September, & I'm so confused & stressed out because this can't be real life. I called Chrysler again & knew something was wrong when the lady kept telling me to just go to the dealership to "get an understanding", as there was so much STILL wrong with the contract submissions that Chrysler still hasn't accepted the contract but now I'm receiving a letter saying I was denied financing because the account is void! Then the no customer service having sales mgr starts blowing me up saying I need to come sign new ppwk, & i refused. At this point, I was ready to give the truck acknowledge, get my car & down payment back. When I went to return the truck it ook everything in me not to go off because my sales guy was confused & in the dark, the sales mgr (Bruce) was a jerk, & the only person who gave me any answers was Jimmy, the finance mgr. He went thru line by line with everything that was wrong on my contracts (I signed 2, remember). He apologized, gave me my car back, my down Mt back, no issues. Here it is on Halloween & I'm yet still waiting for my title of my old car!!! I iterally don't see how they are still in business!!! Do NOT waste your time or money here!! More
