Family Friend I first meet Mr. Hill in February 2017 while looking for my wife a new vehicle. He wasn't your normal sales person but just a guy who sold cars for a living. He listen to our needs and understood my wife's hesitation in making such a large perches. This would be her first brand new car ever. As I helped in her choice I went in and was very lucky to be meet by this man with bright smile and infection joy that just overcomes you. My wife got a new Cherokee and I got the pleasure of encountering a honest salesman who was our go between with the sales managers. Mr. Hill is as real as it gets. More

Pushy and rude I live 1 mile from Paulding CDJR. Saw the truck I wanted and stopped to negotiate. Not only was Gerald pushy but became rude when I questioned his unf I live 1 mile from Paulding CDJR. Saw the truck I wanted and stopped to negotiate. Not only was Gerald pushy but became rude when I questioned his unfair sales tactics. Ended up buying the truck, but went to Ed Voyles and worked a deal through them. They were more than happy to buy the truck from Paulding and sell it to me. And at a much better price! Pretty sad when I live 1 mile from Paulding CDJR, but end up driving 30 mins away to get fair, honest treatment. It was by far the worst experience I have had buying a car. I won't be back!! More

The customer service here was beyond my high standard, and the entire process was smooth and fast and I wad taken care of the entire time. My salesman was Aaron Guyton, and I can't say enough positive things about the guy he was completely professional the entire process and catered to every question or concern I had answering my questions thoroughly and in a manner that even I someone who has never been through this process before could understand. Overall I would have to give a review that is 5 stars and a 10 out of 10. More

Danny Pompa Walked in with a check in hand (did not tell anyone) to purchase a new vehicle. We asked for the full price of the vehicle, driveout price. We counter Walked in with a check in hand (did not tell anyone) to purchase a new vehicle. We asked for the full price of the vehicle, driveout price. We counter offered a $2k from the listed price of the vehicle BEFORE any rebates. He made a counter deal raising the price a little. We then asked about rebates and he became irate and said "you guys have a nice day"... The funny part to all of this is that rebates mean that the dealership would get it's money. Why should we be required to tell him what rebates we qualify for BEFORE we look at the bare bones, no rebate, drive out price? He either thought nobody would take us serious or that we didn't have the check in hand. The guy is a first class xxxxx. More
