Excellent Service Dept. with knowledgeable service advisers and mechanics. I had thumping vibration and noise from LR. Also under the vehicle noise at all speeds. Free diagnosis charge Found bent skid plate in front rubbing on front sub frame. They fixed that No charge. Badly warped LR rotor and slightly warped RR rotor. Advisor offered resurfacing of rotors as option. I wanted new OE painted rotors and they gave me a very good price for the new premium OE painted rotors. Same OE painted Rotors for actually less in price than I could get from RockAuto and much less in price than the online Mopar Parts Giant. Pads were slightly high in price but the labor cost of $199 was reasonable. This made it a complete no brainer for me to have the dealership do the brake job on the lift instead of me doing it crawling around on the ground. They noticed coolant pump leaking from shaft and that was replaced under warranty. I'd very pleased they did that. I am very pleased with the cost of the rear brake job. They also rotated the tires for no charge, Spoke with Brian the mechanic and was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Fadil Hamidovic the service advisor is the most knowledgeable service advisor that I have met! I've had new vehicles from various dealers and he is unquestionably the best. Other things about this dealership. Clean and modern customer waiting area. Free coffee bar. Spotless restrooms. Quick and efficient free courtesy transportation with a super nice driver. I rate this dealership a FIVE STAR dealership. More
