Best new car buying experience I've ever had -- and that includes my '64 Beetle, my '69 Volvo, my '74 Mercedes, a Cadillac, several Hondas, a Lexus, two Infinities, and the Acura I traded in. From the moment Chris Corrigan showed me the Volvo S60 T6 he was honest, respectful and responsive. The initial price he quoted was less than my research had led me to hope for. He provided candid advice on the options I should avoid as well as those that I needed. I had to spend only ten minutes on paperwork, and he was happy to spend two hours explaining the technology. Our last purchase was a Volvo station wagon; its superb handling and braking and large capacity made it great for safely ferrying friends, family and supplies. It has been a privilege to deal with the remarkable executives of the company: Diane and Paul Jr. and their father Paul Sr. In my experience they were always cordial, conscientious, and astute. We were always treated exceptionally well at Paul's Motors and would recommend it highly to all who seek an excellent deal on a fine car. More

After each of my purchases I have felt like I got the best possible deal available on the make or model of my choice and when it came time to do any repairs I was given a thorough explanation of the issue my Volvo had and than a complete breakdown of what and how the service department was going to resolve the problem. They gave me a breakdown of my service bills which explained all the cost for parts and labor. I trust them completely with my car and my kids cars as well! I can't say enough good things about them. We have received the finest care and service for our cars over many years and highly recommend them over other Volvo dealerships. The atmosphere is warm and friendly and the courtesy from all the staff is top notch. Negotiations for new purchases are clear and detailed and not high pressure. When you meet with a salesperson, that is the only person you deal with; you don't get turned over to a manager who tries to high pressure you with options. Pricing is clear with no games. A special service at Paul's is occasional workshops for men and women pertaining to maintenance issues. They want you to understand what is going on under the hood of your Volvo. Can you beat that? We bought a car from Paul's a year and a half ago. Since then we have had nothing but problems...sensors, radiator cracked/replaced, transmission, now all of our struts, etc. (which I got the car checked (t then we have had nothing but problems...sensors, radiator cracked/replaced, transmission, now all of our struts, etc. (which I got the car checked (this last time) at a non-Volvo dealer they told me that a car w/ the mileage it has should NOT have contaminated struts like this. The carfax report showed that nothing had ever happened to the car. I find this VERY HARD TO BELIEVE. I have two young children and I'm scared to drive around in this car (that is now broken again). We have spent a GREAT DEAL of money on this vehicle (thousands into it), including renting cars while it was in the shop only to be treated horrendously by Paul Jr. He was rude and didn't want/try to help in any way. We were told that it wasn't their problem anymore (when the warranty ran out). Unreal. Now we're up near spending $30,000 on a car that is basically a piece of junk since the begining. We are contacting a lawyer to see if someone can help us. We can't afford to throw $30,000 away. It's very very sad that not only was this vehicle completely unreliable and broke atleast every 2 months but the way we were treated by Paul's was salt in the wound. NEVER GO THERE! UNRELIABLE, FRAUDS!!! More
I have bought 5 Volvos from paul, my son bought as70wagon has had nothing but problems with the car! paul Jr. seems to have taken the business over and has offered no help with these problems!! It seems once you leave the lot and they have there money you are no longer a concern to them. he brought the car to another dealer and they got the problem straightened out through Volvo!!! my suggestion would be if you want to buy a volvo stay away from Pauls More
In July 2011, my 2001 S40 was acting up and overheating several time with the thermometer inside saying the temperature was 120 degrees. Meanwhile the car was hesitating to the point that I thought it wou several time with the thermometer inside saying the temperature was 120 degrees. Meanwhile the car was hesitating to the point that I thought it would shut off. I took it to the dealer and spoke with an office guy (I forgot his name) and told him that my car was near overheating. He stated that I had to be wrong that it couldn't have run that hot and that I had to be clearer when using the term overheating. I showed him the photo I had taken of the internal thermometer clearly showing a temperature of 120 degrees. The car stayed overnight, the problem could not be reproduced and the car was returned to me. This was not the first time I had brought it in for the same issue. One time I was told it was the lower radiator hose, another time it was the internal thermometer, another time it was the external thermometer--but each time, the problem remained unresolved. The last straw was when Jimmy told my husband that since it was July and extra hot outside, I should wait and drive it until after September when it's cooler outside. Oh sure, and I'll drive my Bentley in the meantime? In the end, after spending hundreds of dollars and getting no resolution, I traded the car in for a Honda. That solved the problem. More
Just a total pleasure buying my 2011 S60. Everyone in sales and service is a pleasure to talk to. If you are planning to purchase a car sit down with Chris Corrigan who has been selling cars at Paul's for over 15 years. When I picked up my new car the entire "paperwork" process took about 10 minutes. No finance manager and no surprises to deal with. More
