I have to tell you I was amazed at the level of care I received when I visited and ultimately purchased my new Fusion. My experience began when I was on the internet looking at a variety of vehicles. I was not as certain as Scott but i agreed to talk to him and we made an appointment for the next day. Scott is a very personable guy that doesn't try to pressure into anything. He merely asked me what I was looking for and would I consider anything else to get where I wanted to be. Long story short Scott did in deed help me to get where I wanted to be and I will certainly call on Scott and Mizell Ford when and if I ever have the need for another vehicle. The first day I met Scott he had asked my wife and myself “what we wanted” and did not try to give us something that we did not ask for, or even say why would you need that option. I wanted the best high end 2011 Ford Escape Limited for my wife with all the bells and whistles, and that’s what I got. The Dealership and mostly Scott Chasim worked their rear ends to the bone to give us the best price possible. William Mizell Ford CAN NOT BE MATCHED IN THEIR PRICEES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.Don’t think that after the sale of your vehicle the service is done, by no means are you alone and out. I have purchased a 2011 Ford F-150 2WD Super-Crew 145" Lariat and love it. The vehicle has been a great truck. I love the Technology, the Leg room, and very smooth and comfortable ride.
