Recently purchased a used 2022 F150 from Paul Thigpen Ford in Waynesboro Ga. with 29,789 miles. Wasn’t the best deal but not the worst. I’ve put a little less than 4000 highway miles on the truck since Ford in Waynesboro Ga. with 29,789 miles. Wasn’t the best deal but not the worst. I’ve put a little less than 4000 highway miles on the truck since purchase in September and recently noticed severe outside tire wear on the front (tires were brand new at purchase). Returned to Paul Thigpen Ford today on 10/16/23 in hope of getting the issue resolved. I figured after paying $50,000+ for the truck and then the 2 front tires wear down past the wear marks on the outside, that the dealer should bare some responsibility. Well PAUL THIGPEN FORD didn’t see it that way, I was informed that I bought a used truck. So basically I got the finger and the white line guarantee! Oh they offered to rotate tires and alignment to front end, but at my expense. So much for customer service and fair treatment! So you’ve been warned, buy at your own risk at Paul “Friggin-you-Pen”! Horrible staff in the service dept. brought my vehicle in with a check engine light on, and was told l needed two 02 sensors and a catalytic converter. Three months later the light came back on, same problem, one of the 02 sensors..another aftermarket part was put on but this time l was told l needed to pay for the labor..really..what happened to the warranty? Was told labor needed to be charged as my vehicle was not a Ford product. In May the light came on again, wanted an OEM part as the aftermarket parts seem to be faulty…still waiting for a call back to rectify my issue. During this time, new employees have been hired and know nothing of what l have been dealing with. After explaining my issues..l was given promises but no follow thru..different people same runaround.. No problem taking my money, but a big problem for them to honor warranty as well as their work..stay away, stay very far away.. More

I really liked my sales person, Mr. Al Avarado. I bought a Ford Fiesta from him in 2018. I love that car! He recently sold a gentleman a pickup truck and took his 2010 F-150 in as a trade. I was going to t a Ford Fiesta from him in 2018. I love that car! He recently sold a gentleman a pickup truck and took his 2010 F-150 in as a trade. I was going to trade my Fiesta plus over $11,000 for the F-150 trade in. My Fiesta is worth about $13,000 with 16,000 plus miles and the trade in F-150 with 178,000 miles. In essence, I was going to pay about $20,000 for the F-150. Mr. Mizell then offered to take $1,000 off the price of the F-150, I had to decline his offer as my family advised me not to get the F-150. I will shop again at this dealer and buy from him again, Mr. Mizell is clearly a man of integrity who is concerned for the safety and comfort of his customers. More
