I went to a small town dealer thinking I would be under low pressure. High pressure sale and felt like I was in a big city large volume dealership. Uncomfortable the entire time. I really love the truck I also have a friend that is reired from Ford in Detroit and he said he could get me a discount because when he retired he would get 10 family and 10 friend employee discount. The dealership told me I did not qualify. My friend said they lied to me. When I called and expressed my displeasure the salesman said his manager gave me the X plan and he needed the pin number after I had made the deal. This sounded a little fishy to me. Why ask for the pin afterwords? Shouldn't I have got a pin before I closed the deal? This makes me feel I would have recieved the vehicles at 15% above cost but I don't think I did. In otherwords I got screwed! More

Overall, all the people we came in contact with were very friendly. They were very respectful towards my husband and I. My husband is an army vet and everyone there that we talked to thanked him for his se friendly. They were very respectful towards my husband and I. Bruce Petitt was the salesperson we dealt with while we were there. He was not pushy nor did he make us feel that we had to buy. He was very professional and answered any and all of our questions. We really feel he did every thing he could to get us the best deal! We have visited several dealerships in our time but this was the first one that we've been to that we felt we could browse, converse, and talk a deal without it being a time wasted experience. I commend Bruce and the dealership for being so respectful and professional. I would definitely recommend them to our friends and family!!!!!! More
