Justin responded quickly to my online inquiry. When I arrived for my appointment, he already had a vehicle out front that he thought I might want to test drive. We were unable to get the price to where I felt it would meet my budget on that specific vehicle, so Justin & Sean suggested looking at a different Fiesta (MT) at a lower price. I test drove that car and we were able to come to an agreement. I felt like Justin and Sean worked hard to meet my budget, giving me a very fair offer on my trade-in. I went to William Mizell Ford to look at the 2012 Ford F-150 trucks because my wife and i were looking to get a bigger vehicle for the family. Russell was very helpful, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and patience with myself that this would be my first time buying a new vehicle. i usually hold off a few days before buying, but Russell made it happen for me to buy on first day.
